Hope Beyond the Heart Financial Assistance Program (Coming Soon)

Our long-term goal is to provide financial assistance for eligible Brevard County families to help with travel, meals, lodging, fuel, and other expenses associated with congenital heart disease care.

Hospital Resources

Families are encouraged to work closely with hospital social workers and family resource coordinators, who can assist with lodging, transportation, financial assistance, care coordination, and additional support services.

These hospitals provide a range of pediatric and congenital heart services, and many offer family support programs, social work services, child life specialists, and additional resources to help families throughout their care journey.
